Caricatures are the artists interpretation of the image supplied by the customer, as such the artists final drawing is final and no refunds shall be made.

Changes can be made to adjust caricatures to customers request when finished, these changes will incur extra costs which will be communicated to you before we commence the changes.

We reserve the right to use all caricatures for promotional activities including marketing and display.

Caricatures we aim to complete within 14 days but at busy times this may be longer due to demand, you will be notified of a delay.
